SIMSBURY, Conn. — Connecticut state legislators will consider many bills impacting businesses in the upcoming session of the General Assembly.


Find out how these measures will affect Connecticut businesses and learn about your lawmakers’ priorities for this year’s session at a Legislative Breakfast hosted by the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, Simsbury Main Street Partnership and Simsbury Economic Development Commission.


The community is invited to join state Sen. Kevin Witkos (R-8th District), state Rep. John Hampton (D-Simsbury) and local business leaders in an informal discussion about the 2020 session of the Connecticut General Assembly.

As state lawmakers head into the 2020 legislative session, which begins on Feb. 5, it’s more important than ever that they focus on continuing the state on a path to prosperity and maintaining our status as one of the best places to live, work and raise a family.


This year’s Legislative Breakfast is a great opportunity to hear from local state lawmakers and ask them questions in an informal setting.
